There are so many delicious alternatives that don’t contain those bad ingredients and preservatives. This is so easy, fast and delicious, raw brownie recipe that’s free of dairy, eggs, gluten, and refined sugars! And me and my boyfriend just loved it 😉

Who thought that brownies could be healthy? The raw cocoa used heavily in this recipe provides a cancer-fighting and age-defying antioxidants, along with satisfying your chocolate craving without consuming lots of sugars and bad fats. Also, these brownies are full of protein with the almond butter and the walnuts and almonds in the base. So indulge without the guilt!

Cauliflower rice

This is a really good trick to make your meal healthier and eat fewer calories. In one cup of white rice there are 200 calories, in one cup of cauliflower rice there are 50 calories: you save 75% of calories! 😀 Taste and texture it really similar of the “real” thing. Especially if you make fried rice, you might never notice the difference 😛

This week I am really busy, so sorry if the posts are not very detailed and long: I will try to improve next week 😉 This week I am planning make a post about clarified butter(this stuff is amazing) and its benefits with tutorial and my new find- healthy raw brownie recipe(me and my boyfriend just loved it) and of course last week outfits 😉

Graving something sweet-Banana Cocoa almond squares

Sometimes you just need something really sweet and savory 😛 So I decided to try this delicious healthy treat. All of the ingredients used are raw, meaning that you’re ingesting all of their live vibrant enzymes. This recipe is not “technically” vegan, as I use raw honey (which has incredible anti-inflammatory properties!), but feel free to experiment with vegan sweeteners like maple syrup or agave. This came out so sweet and delicious its hard to believe it’s actually good for you 😀 I couldn’t wait long enough to eat it so I already ate it when it was half soft but it tasted still so good 😛 Who says it cant be delicious and good for you at the same time 😉

Zucchini spaghetty

So simple and so healthy. Without a mandoline or peeler or spiralizer. No fancy tools required.

We are going to use the humble box grater to create those luscious strands of goodness.  But how can we create long ribbons of zucchini, instead of short shreds? You put it on its side, with the face you want to use (the thickest grater) facing up, and use it just moving the zucchini along it in long strokes to create the ribbons. Then I just sautee with a bit of garlic, salt and butter and use it like I would normal spaghetti. Bolognese, curry chickepeas, whatever you like 😉 t is another possibility to replace pasta. Tomorrow I will make zucchini pasta 😛

One ingridient ice cream- Banana!!!

OMG this is the most genius thing ever! When I read about this healthy and super easy one ingredient  ice cream I just had to try it out right away 😀

So my boyfriend was so nice and went to the store in the evening just to buy me some bananas 😛 You MUST try this, I promise that you will not regret it 😉

How to cut out white flour and white sugar

White sugar and flour are high-calorie foods with little nutritional value. Cutting these items out of your diet is an easy way to drastically cut down on the number of calories you consume. Eating the same amount of food, but substituting whole grains for white bread and fruit for cookies, will automatically lead to weight loss as well as a more nutrient dense diet. It takes dedication to cut sugar and white flour from your diet, however, because it is present in many processed and commercially available products that you probably rely on every day.
