This is just too good to be true, rich creamy chocolatey sauce that is healthy and super easy to make. You can make this with a blender or hand blender, I lile to use hand blender, because it is easier to clean it. I love drizzling this sauce over my buckwheat pancakes or oat waffles. Okey, to be honest I love smothering my pancakes and waffles in this sauce. If you like, you can use any other plant milk instead of coconut milk, you can even use water if you want less calories.
- 1 cup dates, soaked
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp carob powder
- 4 tbsp homemade coconut milk
Put everything in a blender and blend until silky smooth, if nessesary, add some more coconut milk.
